Emily Justus Neville, age 90 of Nashville formerly of Park City, passed away into eternity on August 1, 2009 after an extended illness. She was born on May 30, 1919 in Bellwood, Ill, to Friedrich and Mary Justus, immigrants from Russia.
She was married to the late Charles Blakeman Neville of Park City on July 5, 1944. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chalres, daughter Ina Ruth Neville DeFrees and infant son James Justus Neville.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Charles Blakeman Neville, Jr. (Martha); her daughter Mary Ann Neville Jaggers (Benjamin); seven grandchildren, Kimberly, Lisa, Jim, Stephanie, Emily, Karyn and Nathan; eighteen great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Virginia Neville, several nieces and nephews.
She was a Christian, a gifted homemaker, served as postmaster in Park City, co-owner of Neville's Finer Foods, past president of the Barren County Republican Women's Club and Kentucky Republican Women's Club. She was an artist, a Kentucky Colonel and worked as a "Rosie the Riveter" during World War II.
