Elmer Logsdon, age 92 of Mammoth Cave, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2007 at his residence. The Edmonson County native was born October 23, 1914 to the late Willie Logsdon and Rosa Jaggers Logsdon and married to the late Ollie Mae Clark Logsdon. He was a farmer and a member of Hill Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by three daughters, Loretta Jean Logsdon of Mammoth Cave, Lola Ashley and husband Ray of Mammoth Cave and Pearl Logsdon and husband Dale of Sunfish; one brother, Ernest Logsdon of Mammoth Cave; two grandchildren, Tammie Lashley and husband Tommy of Mammoth Cave and Jamie Ashley and wife Katie of Mammoth Cave and one great grandson, Hunter Ashley of Mammoth Cave. He is also preceded in death by two brothers, Arvel and Tommy Logsdon. Services will be officicated by Bro. Danny Sexton and Bro. Dave Taylor with burial in the Hill Grove Cemetery.
