Eldon Ray

Eldon Danny Ray, 70, of  Chalybeate, KY  passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014 in Bowling Green, KY.  The Edmonson County native was born September 5, 1943 to the late Clyde Noah and Beulah Ellen Renfro Ray.  He was married to his devoted wife, Janelle Ray, for 51 years.

He was a supervisor for Directors Chair and a member of Chalybeate United Baptist Church.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Sonja Napier (James) of Chalybeate, KY; two grandchildren, Amber Webb (Chris) of Chalybeate, KY and Dustan Napier of Bowling Green, KY; two great grandchildren, Colton Webb and Lillie Webb; one brother, Luther Ray (Charlotte) of Chalybeate, KY; two sisters, Ruth Hawkins of Brownsville, KY and Carole Sanders of Bowling Green, KY.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Clydene Ray and Betty Beckner.

Burial will be in the Hawkins Cemetery with Bro. Steve Doyle and Bro. Howard Decker officiating.
