Effie Blair

Effie Marie Whobrey Blair, age 89 of Bee Spring, passed away Saturday May 15, 2010 in Leitchfield. She was born May 9, 1921 in Edmonson County to the late Porter and Armintta Tomes Lobb and married to the late Noah Whobrey and the late Virgil Blair.

She was a homemaker and a member of Christian Home General Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Lester Whobrey (Diane) of Leitchfield and Chester Whobrey (Sandra); six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

Services will be officiated by Bro. Essie Hayes with burial in the Bee Spring Church Cemetery.
