He is survived by mother, Jean Forbes (Tony) of Park City, KY; father, Leonard Simon of Bowling Green, KY; two half brothers, Eric Simon of Park City, KY, Elliott Ashley of Park City, KY; maternal grandmother, Hazel Farris of Brownsville, KY; paternal grandmother, Linda Huff of Sunfish, KY. Services will be officiated by Bro. Malcolm Doyle with burial in Vincent Cemetery.
