Duel Sanders, age 71 of Cedar Springs, KY, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2009 at his residence. He was born October 3, 1937 in Edmonson County to the late Rev. Charlie E. Sanders andthe late Millie Highbaugh Sanders and was married to Nadine Cook Sanders. He was a carpenter and a member of McClure Masonic Lodge #539 F&AM andNolin United Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Nadine Cook Sanders of Park City, Ky; one son, Bobby Sanders (Kennetha) of Cave City, Ky; two daughters, Pamela Decker (Hoppy) of Pig, Ky andRegina Driver (Darrell, Jr.) of Bowling Green, Ky; six grandchildren, Nadina Alexander (Kevin), Ashley McCombs (Josh), Preston Driver, Jacob Decker, Cody Sanders, Luke Sanders; two great grandchildren, Gavin Alexander andNolan Alexander; two brothers, Oda Sanders (Rosalee) of Pig, Ky andBilly Sanders (Barbara) of Mammoth Cave, Ky; six sisters, Cora Sanders of Brownsville, Ky, Daphna Sanders of Rhoda, Ky, Josie Taylor (David) of Cub Run, Ky, Barbara Watt (Billy) of Oakland, KY, Betty Childress (Michael) of Kessinger, Ky andCleo Brown (Bill) of Mammoth Cave, Ky. Services will be officiated by Bro. Malcolm Doyle and Bro. David Reynols withgraveside masonic service atLambert Cemetery.
