Doug Parker, age 61 of Glasgow, KY, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016 in Glasgow. The Barren county native was born August 24,1955 to the late Pete Parker and the late Elvie Keith Matthews, He was married to Sheila Johnson Parker, whom survives.

He was a truck driver and a member of Little Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Chris Parker (Angela) of Campbellsville; one daughter, Mandy Temple (Vince) of Fountain Run; three grandsons, Gage Parker, Andrew Britt and Garrett Parker; one granddaughter, Christina Britt; three brothers, Donnie Parker (Vonnie), Mark Parker and Bill Parker; one sister, Sue Craine (Robert) and several nieces and nephews.
