Donnie Coates

Donnie Elizabeth Coates, age 64 of Sweeden, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2008 in Sweeden. She was born October 17, 1944 in Edmonson County to the late Howard and Beatrice Vincent and wife of the late Charles Truman Coates. She was a housewife and a member of Christian Home General Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, James H. Coates (Joy) of Brownsville and Johnny Coates (Ronna) of Bee Spring; six grandchildren, Benton, Kaylin, Garrett, Cameron, Tori and Aidan London; two sisters, Bonnie Coates (Doug) of Sweeden and Peggy Smiley of Sweeden. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Dewey Vincent. Services will be officiated by Bro.R.L. Meredithwith burial in the Dit Vincent Cemetery.
