Deloris Wingfield

Deloris Poteet Wingfield, age 88 of Brownsville, passed away Friday, June 27, 2008 in Brownsville. She was born September 6, 1919 in Edmonson County to the late John Sherman and Estella Scruggs Poteet and married to the late Edgar Wingfield. She was a supervisor at Brownsville Manufacturing and a member of New Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Kenneth Wingfield (Beckey); one granddaughter, Kenya Jaggers; two great grandsons, L.T. and Luke Jaggers; two sisters, Marie Cassidy and Dorothy Myers all of Brownsville. Services will be officiated by Bro. Jerry C. Vincent with burial in the Kinser Cemetery.
