Christine Mccrady

Christine Skaggs McCrady, age 81 of Brownsville, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2008 in Brownsville. She was born September, 7, 1927 in Edmonson County to the late Rance and Roseann Whobrey Skaggs and married to the late William Sheril McCrady. She was a housewife and a member of Midway United Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Sue Gibson of Brownsville; two sons, Ricky McCrady (Donna) of Leitchfield and Harold McCrady (Melissa) of Bowling Green; two brothers, Robert Skaggs (Donna) of Leitchfield and Larry Skaggs (Shirley) of Lindseyville; six sisters, Frances McCrady of Lindseyville, Lynn Lindsey (Harold) of Brownsville, Ann Short (Art) of Indianapolis, Gaye Carter (Johnny) of Brownsville, Betty Hestor (Harold) of Bowling Green and Linda Sanders (David) of Louisville; eight grandchildren, three step grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by two sons; Donald Ray and Gary Lee McCrady. Services will be officiated by Bro. Billy Vincent with burial in the Midway Church Cemetery.
