Christine Houchin

Christine Houchin, age 80 of Brownsville, passed away Friday, July 20, 2007 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born May 1, 1927 in Edmonson County to the late Presley and Maggie Elsie Cowles Graham. She was a homemaker and a member of Otter Gap Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Albert Houchin of Brownsville; two sons, Jimmy Houchin and wife Roberta of Cave City and Ferron Houchin and wife Rebecca of Cottontown, TN; three daughters, Donna Lightfoot and husband Gerald of Chalybeate, Ramona Sue McDonough and husband Russell of Lumberton, TX and Sherian Parsley and husband Randy of Brownsville; one sister Delphia Balnton and husband Raymond of Otter Gap; ten grandchildren, six step grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, ten step great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Services will be officiated by Bro. Jerry Patton, Bro. Richard Minton and Bro. Essie Hayes with burial in the Otter Gap Church Cemetery.
