Chris Madison

Chris Madison, age 56 of Bowling Green, departed this life on Friday, August 16, 2024 at his home. The Bowling Green native was born on December 2, 1967 to the late Martha Burress Madison. He was married to Sheila Simmons Madison, who survives.

Chris was of the Baptist faith. He worked as a tow motor operator for KOBE Aluminum, and enjoyed woodworking, being outdoors, reading and writing. 

Besides his wife, Sheila, he leaves to honor his memory— his children, Ethan Madison (fiancée Hannah Helm) of Eastview and Elle Madison (Kacey Harvey) of Bowling Green; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Grayson and Myles Harvey; step-children, Cassie Carpenter, Chelsea Childress (Daniel) and Cameron Slaughter, and five step-grandchildren. Besides his mother, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Herman and Elizabeth Madison, Noah and Pauline Burress.

 A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
