Charles Leo Lindsey, age 55 of Brownsville, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at his residence. He was born October 1, 1953 in Louisville to the late Leo R. Lindsey and Mamie Denham Lindsey Spinks. He was a tool and die worker for DESA and a member of Oak Grove United Baptist Church. He is survived by hiswife, Kimberly Lindsey of Sweeden; one son, Justin Lindsey of Sweeden; two daughters, Amy Logsdon (Travis) of Big Clifty and Sarabeth Hittson (David) of Bee Spring; mother, Mamie Lindsey Spinks (Joe) of Sweeden; one stepson, Brandon Vincent (Adrienne) of Bee Spring; one stepdaughter, Amberly Young (Eric) of Sweeden; two grandchildren, Holly Logsdon and Taylor Vincent; one brother, Timothy Dale Lindsey (Ronda) of Brownsville; one stepbrother, Tony Spinks of Louisville; one stepsister, Rebecca Ann Box (David) of Sweeden. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Gregory Oscar Lindsey. Services will be officiated by Bro. Vernon Johnson with burial in the Johnson Cemetery.
