Carol Spillman

Carol Minyard Spillman, 77, of the Pig Community, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Noel Minyard and the late Lydia Davis Minyard and the wife of James A. Spillman. She wasa retiredCook for the Edmonson Co. School System and a member of Cedar Spring United Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband James A. Spillman of Pig; two sons, James Allen Spillman (Rita) of Louisville, KY and Terry Spillman (Barbara) of Elizabethtown, KY; three grandsons, Scott Spillman, Bobby Spillman and Jimmy Spillman; six nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Burial will be in the Hawkins Cemetery with Bro. Graham Lewis and Bro. Malcolm Doyle officiating. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 701 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd., Louisville, KY 40202.
