Calvin ray Hornback, 55, of Mammoth Cave, KY, died Friday, June 18, 2010 in Bowling Green, KY. He was born January 14, 1955 in Lousiville, KY to the late Roy J. Hornback and the late Helen Routte. He was a Carpenter and an Army Veteran. He is survived by a daughter, Amber hornback; a brother, Larry Hornback (Bonnie) of Jeffersonville, IN; a half brother, Roy James Hornback, Jr. of Louisville, KY and a half sister, Shellie Lynn Hornback of Columbia, KY. The family has requested on visitation or service.
