Byron Thomas “Tom” White, age 76, of Park City, KY, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. The Barren County native was born on October 14, 1940 to the late William Thomas White and the late Opal Stone White. He was married to the late Carol M. White.
Tom was a retired Barber and owner of George’s Pool Room in Cave City, KY. From 1990 to 1994, he was a Cave City Council Member. For 38 years, he was a member and sponsor of Alcoholics Anonymous. He was also a member of Caveland Baptist Church in Cave City.
He leaves to honor his memory one daughter, Krista Williams (fiancé Ben Graves ) of Bowling Green, KY; two sisters, Olivia Shipp (James) of Munfordville, KY, and Paulette Taylor of Cave City, KY and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Verna L. White and Phyllis Beckner, and one stepson, Tracey Estes.
Interment will be in Walnut Hill cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
