Bruce Denham

Bruce Denham, age 95 of Chalybeate, departed this life on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green.  The Edmonson County native was born on August 20, 1928 to the late Elzie Truman and Mary Nancy Denham. 

Bruce served Edmonson County as a constable for over 40 years. For many years, he and his brother, Noel, owned and operated Denham Auto Sales together. He was of the Baptist faith.  Bruce was quite the character.  He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to joke and pull pranks.

He leaves to honor his memory— his daughter, Julie Denham of Elizabethtown; a sister, Jasmine Hatcher; nephews, Jon Denham and Rick Vincent (Janice); a niece, Nancy Robin Wadsworth (Phil), along with several great nephews, nieces, friends and neighbors that thought the world of him.  Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Noel, Dewell and Claudie.. 

Interment will be in Kinser Cemetery.
