Brently H. Stice, 51, of Shepherdsville, formerly of Brownsville, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012 in Brownsville. The 1979 graduate of Barren County High School attended WKU and graduated from University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1985. He was in practice in Brownsville for over 27 years, was highly respected and loved by his patients. He was a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association & Pennyrile Dental Society, Barren River District Health Board, and Little Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
The Edmonson County native was born November 29, 1961 the son of James Harlan Stice and Patsy Ann Miller Stice of Park City, KY and the husband of Janet McIntyre Stice.
Besides his parents and wife, he is survived by his daughter, Bretta Jo Stice of Louisville, KY; his sister, Myra Ray (Eugene) of Smiths Grove; his maternal grandmother, Verda Miller of Park City, KY; and two nephews, Ethan Ray and Aaron Ray.
Burial will be in the Hawkins Cemetery with Bro. Malcolm Doyle, Bro. Danny Sexton and Bro. Joe Logan officiating.
