Bradley Curtis "Hoss" Tarter

Bradley Curtis “Hoss” Tarter, age 49 of Cedar Springs, departed this life on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Edmonson County native was born on November 19, 1974 to his loving parents, Harlin and Reneva Hardin Tarter, who survive.

Bradley was a 1993 graduate of Edmonson County High School. He worked for years in construction and lawn care. He was saved as a young boy at Cedar Springs United Baptist Church, and remained a member there until his passing. Bradley was his happiest when he was outdoors, riding his Harley Davidson, trapping, enjoying nature and wildflowers. 

Besides his parents, Harlin and Reneva, he leaves to honor his memory— his beloved niece, Madison Brooke Tarter of Lindseyville; his special uncle and aunts, Randy Hardin, Martha James, Levetta Runyon and Regina Daugherty (Eddie), along with several cousins and a host of friends that will dearly miss him. He was preceded in death by his baby brother and best friend, Brandon Harlin Tarter; grandparents, Benjamin and Julia Beckner Tarter and Randall and Gertrude Basham Hardin, and his cousin that he loved like a brother, Jason Hardin. 

Bradley had a special place in his heart for animals. Memorial contributions can be made to: Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society, 1925 River Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101. 

Interment will be in Lambert Cemetery.
