Berthel Mcgrew

Berthel Lee "Bert"  McGrew,  80, of  Bee Spring, KY passed away Saturday, October 6, 2012  in Bowling Green, KY.   The Grayson Co. native was born March 17, 1932 to the late Amos McGrew and the late  Lula Hisel McGrew and the  husband of Alice Farris McGrew.   He was a painter and a member of Bee Spring Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Farris McGrew of Bee Spring, KY; two daughters, Doris McGrew Eatmon (Charles) of Smiths Grove, KY and Kathleen McGrew Cowan (David) of Bee Spring, KY; five grandchildren, Tonya VanMeter (Bill), Stephanie Hiser (Scotty), Bethany Wilson, Crystal Wilson and Vanessa Rich; ten great grandchildren; two brothers, Marvin McGrew (Laverne) of Glendale, KY and Joe McGrew (Wanda) of White Mills, KY; one sister, Mary Ashley of Bee Spring, KY and one half sister, Virginia Grimes of Louisville, KY.

Burial wil be in the Bee Spring Church Cemetery with Bro. Malcolm Doyle officiating.
