Barbara Prunty

Barbara Joyce  Prunty,  71, of Bee Spring, KY died Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at her residence. The Edmonson Co. native was born April 18, 1941 to the late Silas Hunt and the late Bonnie P.  Sanders Hunt .  She was a factory worker at Firestone, a caregiver and a member of  Midway United Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Pat Prunty (Melody) of Lindseyville, KY and Sonny Prunty (Robin) of Brownsville, KY; two sisters, Sue Corbett (Mike) of Louisville, KY and Gail Woodcock (Kyle Meredith) of Bee Spring, KY; two brothers, Allen Hunt (Judy) and Leo Hunt (Joan) both of Bee Spring, KY; four grandchildren, Taylor Renfro (Seth), Morgan Prunty, Kelci Prunty and Kendall Prunty and one great granddaughter, Sophia Prunty.  Burial will be in the Jock Church Cemetery with Bro. Jonathan Lindsey and Bro. Todd Cassidy officiating.
