Arzona Carroll

Arzona Elmore Carroll, 94, of Sweeden passed away Friday, November 24, 2006 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born September 21, 1912 to the late William Washington and Diane Vincent Elmore and wife of the late Elbert Carroll. She was a homemaker and a member of Sweeden Missionary Baptist Church and The Green River Chapter O.E.S. # 577. She is survived by two sons, Chester Carroll (Charlotte) and Truman Carroll (Theresa) of Sweeden; three daughters, Dantia Huff of Indiana, Patricia Pruitt of Brownsville and Norma Wesley (James) of Buckeye, AZ; one half sister, Norma Carroll of Sweeden; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by two sons, Wade and Wayne Lee Carroll; one daughter, Wilma Marie Carroll; two grandsons, Michael Wayne Carroll and Russell Johnson and one granddaughter, Angela Marie Carroll. Services will be conducted by Bro. Jerry C. Vincent with burial in the Sweeden Church Cemetery.
