Alta Doyle

Alta Emmel Cosby Hulsey Doyle, 85 of Rocky Hill, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2006 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born March 21, 1921 in Hart County to the late Charles Owen and Bertha Mae Logsdon Cosby and married to the late Billy Hulsey and Leonard Doyle. She was a retired assembly line worker for Mallery in Glasgow and a member of Fairview United Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, Kenny Hulsey (Kim) of Rocky Hill; one stepdaughter, Eunice Maston (Stuart) of Bowling Green; two grandchildren, Phillip Brian and Charles Wesley Hulsey; five brothers, Truman Cosby of Michigan, Kenneth Meredith of Indiana, Omar Cosby of Florida, David Cosby of Indiana and Winston Cosby of Louisville; four sisters, Bertha Burton of Indiana, Freda Burton of Indiana, Brenda Scott of Tennesee and Sue Blanchard of North Carolina; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one stepson, Roger Doyle; one sister, Wanda Faye Cosby and two brothers, Newman and Fulton Cosby. Services are being officiated by Bro. Malcolm Doyle with burial in the Rocky Hill Cemetery.
