LUCY COX LOGSDON

1932 - 2023

Lucy Cox Logsdon, age 91, of Park City, departed this life on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. The Edmonson County native was born on March 20, 1932 to the late Edward G. and Ellie Kerr Cox. She was married to the late Louie Logsdon.

Lucy was a former seamstress at Mammoth Cave Garment Company. She was a member of Little Hope Missionary Baptist Church and Cave City Eastern Star

She leaves to honor her memory— her daughter, Patricia Huff (Mark); grandchildren, Kacie Simon (Danny) and Anthony Huff (Lindsay); great-grandchildren, Jackson Huff, Ellie Jo Huff and Piper Houchens all of Park City, and her brother, George Cox (Carol) of Ohio. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Everette Cox and Charles Gipson and sisters, Ethel Meredith, Ruby Ramsey, Ora Denton, Mary Jones, Edith Logsdon and Hazel Hunt.

Interment will be in Campground Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Campground Cemetery, c/o Patricia Huff, 143 Huff Road, Park City, KY  42160.
